- Nedra SRL is responsible for site and administrative processing. Requests may be sent to contact@roxaneaglave.com. Analytics cookies are used only after consent; details appear in the Cookie policy.
- Payment provider
- When online payment is offered, Stripe processes it on its hosted page under its privacy policy. The site sends the amount, currency and a technical reference, without adding clinical reasons, birth dates or national identifiers. Payment, refund and receipt references are retained for administrative follow-up and accounting obligations. This is not an anonymous transfer: payment remains linked to the consultation in the secure account.
- Booking emails
- Supabase secures sign-in; Brevo and Google deliver essential codes and appointment messages depending on the message type. Administrative questions and answers are stored with the request in the authenticated account; notifications do not repeat their contents. These messages do not subscribe the patient to a newsletter.
- Intellectual property and information
- Original site content is protected. It is informational and does not replace diagnosis, medical consultation or individual advice.
